Extention Dialing

Every time when I call a number and it says press 1 then press 2 MJ will not let me enter a number can anyone help me with this please?

Ignore what they are trying to sell you and click on the grey bar ( my.magicjack)
Click on Change Settings on MagicJack Settings
Check Pin Not Recognized
Log out
You MAY need to restart your MJ

Should be ok now
