My Magic Jack won’t start using Win 7

All I get is “wait one minute”
I have AVG 8.5 anti virus and have check to allow exception for MJ
I have tuned off Windows firewall and also before that made sure that it had an exception to allow MJ
I have gone to the Magic Jack website and reloaded the newest software
I am now out of any Ideas. the same MJ work with 3 other XP computers that I have.
Anyone have an idea ??? help

Check list:
Have loaded the windows 7 software..?
Have you loaded the fix for waiting issue..?
Checked for MJ issues in device manager.?

Your anti virus is out of date...AVG is at 9.0 and above now. If you have zone alarm on pc
some versions are not compatibale with windows 7.

When these items are current and still have problems format your MJ with win 7 disk manager. The correct drive will be around 18MB. Then install the win 7 software update
