This company is a joke.....I am fine with no phone support for the cost, but the hassle you go through to get any answers is absurd. Can anyone tell me what's next. I have the RMA information. Now I go to the post office and pay to have this thing sent back?

So, do I end up paying the 6.95 for them shipping to me in addition to the return shipping? For your reading pleasure, here's the convo I had with "Mae" today to assist me (to make it even more realistic, wait 3 minutes to read Mae's response after you see what I wrote):

Mae: Im sorry for that sir. Please try it again.

steve: still does not work

Mae: Please come back later after an hour.

steve: OR, how about you give me what I need to return this

steve: I don't have time to waste waiting

Mae: Okay sir, may i put you on hold while I check that one for you?

steve: sure

Mae: Im sorry to tell you this, we are currently having some updates on our end causing us to be temporarily unable to access your accounts. We apologize for any inconveniences however we are doing this for the enhancement of our services. Please bear with us. Come back some time later this day.

I'd also suggest you send the package certified with a return receipt, or you'll be back here in a month complaining how MJ screwed you out of $47 plus return shipping.
