MJ incoming call problem

Hello,
I have been running MJ for several months. Somehow, I mad some changes to my Acer Aspire (XP) Netbook. I was able to receive calls all of the time, but then, I did something to the settings--perhaps power or WiFi. Now, the MJ will receive calls for about 1 minute after I call someone. If it "sits" for more than a minute, it will not receive calls. The calls are directed to V-mail.

I gave my old pc to my parents and bought a new one. The (this new Aspire with XP) worked fine with MJ and then I "imported my settings" and poof--same issue. DUH, why did I do that???????? Argh. Same problem now! No incoming calls--except within 1 minute or so of making a call etc...

I installed Evan's V1.3 software to run things behind the scenes, it did nothing to fix the issue.

How can I reset a PC to the default power et all settings without losing the data on the drive? Is is possible? Is this necessary?

Any hints on how to fix this? I am running the MJ on a WiFi system through a DIR 655 router hooked up to a direct line to a T line--in my building. There is a static IP address on my system. I don't think this is the issue--I think it is the settings.

I am having the exact same issue on my Mac running 10.6.2. Used to work fine, about a month ago I started getting the incoming call issue.

I have run the upgrades and forwarded ports as the chat help people have suggested, no luck.
