where to download and save outlook addin

used to be that i could click on the softphone menu, "download outlook addin" and be able to do that.

now, i get the window saying that it is downloading, but doesn't say to where, and search of computer doesn't find it.

is there anywhere i can download the outlook addin and decide where to save it to?
