MJ Upgrades - No Incoming/Outgoing Calls - Router UDP Access

I have been having trouble with calls since last night, no outgoing or incoming calls. Ran magicfix and got the error message "magicFix is uable to contact the magicJack calling servers. Your router and firewall settings must allow magicJack UDP access to talk4free.com domain on ports 5060 and 5070." This is strange since I have made no router or firewall changes.

I have been using magicJack over a month with no problems like this until last night. Disabled my firewall on my router and computer, and I still get the same problem. I had a chat last night with MJ cutomer support and they told me they were "running upgrades" and to check back this morning. Checked this morning with customer service and after they had me upgrade MJ for the second time, I got the same response "we're running upgrades and you should check back with us in a few hours."

I do not know what is going on. I am using a DIR-655 router, is anyone with the same router having problems with calls since last night?

MJ is broken (on their end)....stop changing things and try again later!

Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I just find is funny how customer service always wants you to upgrade your MJ and then after things don't work they say they are running upgrades and to check back in a few hours or the next day.

I cannot recieve inbound calls and decided to chat to the tecs:

curbwax: hello I am not recieving any inbound calls.

curbwax: callers recieve "cannot make this call try again later" messages

curbwax: i did and it fails on one and reads " unable to access your magicjack please reinsert it or contact tech support

curbwax: it is inserted. i rebooted the whole system & my modem & mj

curbwax: outgoing calls seem fine except voicemail

Cathy: We are doing some upgrades, our engineers are working to get them completed as fast as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
