Hi there, i'm trying to order majic jack at their website unfortunately when i fill up order form my zip code is not being reconized I'm from calgary alberta. I tried to contact customer service but their asking for order # in order to contact them throught live chat.

Do not order direct thru magicjack.com, even if it were possible.

Better experience buying from reputable retailer like Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart or the like.

I agree, get it from a reputable store... Although in Canada I have yet to see any retail stores that sell MJ.... I purchased mine from Best Buy in Bellingham....

There are a few in Montana, but from Calgary thats a pain to go just for an MJ.

If you are in Calgary, you can buy the MJ at any Memory Express store or they also have free shipping.

I have noticed that these will sometimes be on sale on their website.
