i could use my magic jack before, then all of a sudden, it just doesnt sign in anymore, that was after i started in the stupid update...how do i go about it,i`ve not used it for close to 1month now...

Hoping to find a solution here, cuz i hate to use HOTSHIELD...it always has a lag when i use it..i just want it to connect to my isp directly, i`ve tried opening ports and all..and the damn Customer Services dont dont anything..
