Dial tone but no audio once connected

I get a dial tone (which I suspect comes directly from the MJ device itself). But when I make outgoing calls, or receive calls, neither party can hear each other. I switched to headset and get the same results. I've restarted MJ, rebooted the PC, fiddled with the volume settings within MJ, etc. No luck. Any thoughts? Everything worked fine Tuesday. Thanks!

It looks like MJ is updating. From what I understand it has something to do with audio. However, I'm still able to receive calls, but I'm not able to make them. So, I'm not sure what the remedy for your situation is.

I tried MagicFix and it said everything was fine, including the audio check. I then tried the other "if that doesn't work, click here" button, but the link was broken. I didn't have time to do the tech chat option last night. That'll probably have to wait until this coming weekend.
