key system type functioning?

Are there any programs/ways out there to have a voicemail type system answer my phone automatically and have something like "to reach so and so press 1; so and so press 2; so and so press 3"

and upon key press auto forwards on to one of mine or my childrens' cell phones?

The only thing close to that is to get a free Google voice # and have it direct the calls to whatever phone(S) you choose, including your MJ phone
