How do I change the account name on a MagicJack?

I bought a magicjack second hand and I want to change the name of the person who first had it. How do I do this? Thanks

Not sure you can but I would contact MJ online chat support and see what they can do. I know some on here have tried and failed but I think some were able to get it changed. It may depend to whom you speak to in chat.
