How long has this product been available? I first saw an advertisement on cable TV in Idaho 2 months ago and bought it 1 month ago. I am please to see there is a forum designated for MJ. Is there any SEC info on the company? Anyone a dealer for these?

Correct me if I'm wrong, I believe that MJ was in limited beta testing since March 2007 and public beta available in July 2007. MJ officially said they were out of beta in Jan 2008. With all the current device & network issues MJ users have experienced since Jan 2008, I'd say MJ is hardly out of beta.

SOON!!! is the answer to all of the features or area code additions. I am in Idaho as well and asked when 208 numbers would be available and SOON was my answer.

If I contact them for tech issues I get we are upgrading our servers and development is working on it.

those have been my 2 answers from support.

I would have to say I am one of the first paying customers of magicjack. On their original site, when I ordered, their system issued me customer number 58. I actually had to play with URLs to get into the ordering system. I was also the first winner of a free second MJ on their original forums which looked a lot like this one for helping others on it.

However, I have had it with their bullsh*t, once and for all. I stuck with them almost a year, and they got worse, not better. I ordered vonage yesterday, it should be here soon. I already tore the crap out of the second MJ they sent me free, which I will repeat with my main one after changing my voicemail to state my new number.
