MagicJack will not dial out sometimes

I need some help I have one of alpman $45 TC it
works great most of the time sound it good caller id
works on the phone dials out great But every day
it will not Dial out from the phone or the Dial Pad
I have tried 4 phones the only way to get it to work is unhook it and let it be for a hrs then put it back and it will work for sometime then stop What to you guys think?
