I can't receive incoming calls at all.

But can make outgoing calls. I have ports open, I can spoof, when I dial my MJ number it goes to my voicemail. I even set it up on a computer in the DMZ. What gives?

Same problem here (818 area). "Tech Supp." says "Techs are working on it, check in 24 hrs" ... heard that before!

Same here with 305 area code. It will go to the VOICE mail, and couldn't receive the message that I have VOICE mail from their E-Mail. Couldn't make International calls. Able to make phone calls to US fine without any problems.

same here in Seattle area. Incoming calls will go straight to voice mail. Funny thing is I didn't receive any MJ email telling me that I have voicemail waiting (another issue for MJ to fix).

Based on the amount of MJ users complaining about incoming/outgoing/registration issues for the last few days (Mar 25/26/27) I'd say MJ is still "upgrading" their call servers. Let give them a few more days to sort out their "upgrading" problems.

I was skeptical about MJ reliability so I haven't disconnected my POTS line yet. I'm sure Qwest is happy that MJ is having problem

Update: incoming is fixed for area code 206 now around 2:30p PST 3/27. Yahoo!!

incoming calls to my 216 magic jack has not been working either...outgoing works great.....with my incoming calls...phone rings....caller can't hear me, but i can hear them.

I am in 216 and the same thing. Someone calls, phone rings, I answer and either they cannot hear me OR they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them.

My friend is having same issue. When you call his number the caller hears dead air and the call does not go through.

I am having a different problem - I get incoming calls but no voicemail - just the voicemail voice saying "goodbye" - tech support twice and could not help, escalated issue over a week ago and still no resolve.
