Check the forum first before posting. There are many issues going on right now with MJ in many parts of the country:
- no incoming call,
- incoming calls going straight to MJ voicemail,
- no outgoing call,
- outgoing call going straight to called party's voicemail,
- etc.
Relax, do nothing and MJ will work again in a day or two or longer

jkchahl, No this is not standard, my MJ usually runs smooth for months without a hick up.. this has been a most aggravating week for a lot of us users, old and new, I can imagine what the newbes are thinking.."What the hell have I gotten myself into here"?? I believe it will all even out, I suggest to most to sit back and wait for it to fix itself..as the servers are restored to the correct settings.. It will all be back up and smooth again.. I will never use the word "soon" here cause.. that is an unwelcome word in the MJ arena.

That's pretty much the response I got from magicjack's tech support, also. Got mine this week, plugged it in, couldn't register. Finally got registered, called my home phone and couldn't leave a message on my answering maching. Called my cell phone, listened to it ring, but could not answer as the call went straight to my cell phone voice mail. Now I only get "error 400". Had I not read some of the other responses here I would already have asked for a return authorization number, as the magicjack appears to me to be a piece of crap.
