MJ cuts out after 20 minutes

MJ has been dropping my calls after 20 minutes. I can hear the person on the other end, but they can't hear me. I have to hang up and call again. Sometimes phone quality is good and sometimes it is very choppy. Any tips/solutions. Very frustrating. Thanks all!
