Incoming callers get international minutes needed message

Post by steelpowerhouse »

I'm in Canada with a Canadian number. This afternoon incoming callers received a message saying that the call could not be completed and they needed to purchase international minutes. My phone did not ring and the calls would not go to voicemail. These callers are phoning from the same area code. I can still make outgoing calls fine. If you've got ideas, I'm listening, because it doesn't do me much good if people can't get through.

Mine is a CDN 905 as well, and all my callers are getting: sorry, this is a long distance #, please dial 1, and it's NOT!!!! guess I'll try MJ Chat again :(

Update: Well that was a waste of an hour :( same old blame it on everyone else but them!!! But it is, and as usual, it's the CDN area codes having SO MUCH trouble!!!! Hopefully in time, they get this all worked out!!!
