MJ calls to Ooma phone

Post by remotestp »

I used my MJ phone called to Ooma phone numbers without any success (two Ooma numbers) after five rings, it was disconnected with fast busy signal. Ooma phone called my MJ, and it works. It seems that it's not working with MJ calls to Ooma.

I hope anyone see this message and make a call from MJ to Ooma. If there is any fix out there...Thanks

I am able to call from my MJ to Ooma without any problems.

MJ probably needs to update their switch with the Ooma exchange information.

Contact MJ chatty support and tell them the numbers that you cannot dial.
Enjoys a daily VOIP cocktail made from:

-One shot Magic Jack
-One shot TK6000
-One shot NetTalk Duo
-Two shots Ooma (it's bigger)

Shaken, not stirred.

Google Voice is the chaser.

I contacted MJ customer services and nothing is happening yet. They said they will send the case to engineers. Most of my calls to other number on MetroPCS cell numbers are not working. I just found out that the CD drive and Magicjack phone icons disappeared from computer screen after the softpad appears on the screen. Both of these drives have no values at all ( usually CD drive = 1.64M and phone disk = 18M).
Today I chatted with 4-5 agents and they don't have a clue.. They all do the same thing, pull the MJ and plug back in. Download the upgrade or run a remove software.

Ooma cuts off

Post by shardman1 »

When I call my Dad's Ooma number it works great for about thirty minutes. Then he cannot hear me. I can still hear him fine, but we have to hang up and call back. Any ideas?
