Hello. Just got magicjack setup and most everything works accept voice from my end is delayed and breaks up. The other end sounds great so I thought it might be an upload bandwidth issue. However, according to various speed tests around the web, I'm getting a practical 40kbytes/s upload--which should be adequate.
Any thoughts?

Could be a few different things. Speed is adequate, but you should check your jitter (www.pingtest.net, or http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html).
Also, you might increase the priority of the magicjack application. Its probably running at normal priority and you can try raising it to "above normal" to overcome any CPU contention issues with anything you might have running on your PC.
Finally, you might also try changing your MJ proxy server. From my experience, there is noticeable difference in sound quality from proxy to proxy mostly due to loading effects on the proxy server.
