MagicJack NOT ORGANIZED!

Spent forever on the CHAT with MagicJack because of constant ringing, Waiting for ACK timeouts, etc. Almost two hours! They would not read my messages because I told them I had a router in the beginning. SO..their fix was to turn off all protection to computer AND bypass the router and firewall! WHAT?????? They would probably be happier if they just told people that their product DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH A LINKSYS ROUTER with stock firmware! I fixed my problem in 15 minutes by flashing my Linksys WRT-54GS v1.1 with dd-wrt.v24_mini_generic.bin from dd-wrt.com. Followed Instructions to letter, input my parameters for my network and BAM MJ works AND ALL my ports are stealthed! MJ wanted to open ports to the world! NO NO NO! BAD MJ! NEVER put your machine or a machine on your network out there with no protection! My MJ works perfectly now. They did force me to upgrade the software application...probably to set auto-renew account! ARSE-WIPES. OK done...very annoyed...lost calls and work time! FLASH YOUR LINKSYS ROUTERS...their firmware has something screwy in it! ARGHHHH!
