CALL transfer

Is there a way to transfer a call from MJ. put a call on hold then call another number and either transfer or 3 way calling ?
could not find anything
did magicjack remover the chat button from their website ?

any help would be appreciated

Call transfer or MJ initiated 3-way calling is not available for MJ service. MJ's 3-way calling only works to combine 2 incoming calls into a conference. It's a limited 3-way feature.

I just tried it. The only way for you to put a call on hold and call another number while that person is on hold is with the softphone (phone on your computer screen)

While you are in a call, dial the number you want to call and click "SEND" on the soft phone. It will now put your first call on hold, and connect you to that number. Now you can go back and forth between calls.

The only way to make a threeway call with your magicjack is if you have two INBOUND calls. BOTH of the people need to have called you. Then you can press "##" to make a three-way call. If you want to end the three-way call, press "#*" and it will go back to one person being on hold.
