I bought a magicJack the other day at a Radio Shack. I kept getting this message: "Warning: Please re-plug the magicJack". Took it back and exchanged it (thinking I might have gotten a bad one). Second one did the same thing.
Contacted MJ support and got bumped twice to other techs. Over an hour later, was told to reinstall my OS. I recently reinstalled via Time Machine and I had to go to the Apple store to find out how to do it. (can you say newbie?)
Anybody else ever see this? Any ideas?
I do have to say that I was surprised at the customer service. I had heard that MJ's customer relations was not good, but even though I didn't get it working, it wasn't for a lack of effort. It was frustrating, but they acted in a professional manner.
thanks for this forum,
