cannot download update.exe

I have been trying to get magic jack running for days now. every time i connect with live support they ask me to run the update.exe file. I have tried from different computers and at all times of the day and i cannot run or download the file. can anyone verify this a working link?

tech support swears the link works but i think i'm getting the runaround.

I just downloaded/saved it to my Win XP SP3, humpy321. Do you get an error message, or any message at all when you try to run/download the link? What's your OS?

Windows XP home SP2. No error, it just spins and spins and never downloads any data.
