Can anyone complete silence the MJ from the initial boot and make the softphone disappear too. I will pay for the service. Thanks

You can try the free Magicsilence plugin at http://tools.pcphonesoft.com .

It kills the initial splash screens and keeps the dialer from automatically popping up.
