How to block Unwanted calls using an ATA? - Help

Is it possible to block unwanted calls using an ata with mj? I have a spa 2102 and can't figure out how to the solution below. If anyone knows how to block in other way or the way posted below then plz help me out. I want to block mainly one caller but if there is a way to block more then that would be great.

This is a copy paste from another site:
"Depending on how many numbers you want to block the easiest way is to go under the User Tab of your ATA, under the Selective Call Forward Settings ...

Set it such that whenever the number calls he's forwarded to
