Renew my magic jack for an extra Year

Please some help guys !!!

My magic jack expired July 12 , and i tried to renew that day , Their website was kicking out from signing on every time

Anyway , The next day witch was July 13th , I logged in and renew by entering my credit card and everything and it says now that my account expire July 11th 2011,

I'm trying to call my mom ( its her magic jack : live in different State), its not working , it goes all the time to the voicemail,
I've talked to my brother ( live by her), he said its not working and was telling them the day before that's its expired

There is anything they need to do to make it work.

Have you contacted MJ online support? Maybe something got screwed up and they need to reset your account.
Worth a shot as I ASSUME all was well till it expired..

Wasn't so well , but was Ok.

I've tried the online support , i couldn't get hold of no one

Always it goes to FAQ and nothing else

Very welcome, good luck..

One tip IF you are using the extension cord that came with the MJ, don't as it causes more problems than it is worth. It can and has, to some people, just gone bad..
Also you may want to look into a POWERED USB hub as it seems to solve a LOT of MJ problems as some PC's USB power can be flakey at best.
