Issues with the philadelphia proxy?

I can ping the philadelphia proxy but my registration keeps timing out any one else having this issue. If I define newark it works fine.

You gain nothing by using the Philly proxy so just leave it working with Newark.

Yep i know it dont matter what proxy I use as long as it it has a low ping just thought it odd to have that issue.
