magicjack not loading - Pls help

Hi All,
I got a MJ 2 weeks back and it was working fine in my laptop. Now i am trying to use the MJ with a desktop. But the issue is everything gets installed and when i click the magicjack icon on the desktop, it shows the message 'starting pls wait' and it goes of in a minute with nothing happens.
i tried plugging mj in diff USB ports, but nothing is working
can anybody help me with this issue.
my desktop is a win xp pro, 512mb ram and i have a broadband connection.
Please help me
