USB Root Hub doesn't retain power management setting

USB Root Hub doesn't retain power management setting
In a previous thread, I was advised to turn off the power settings in all the USB Root Hubs (uncheck) in Device Manager. I did this and MJ worked OK for about a day. Then it stopped working OK. I just checked the power settings in all myUSB Root Hubs and all the power settings are now turned on (checked). How do I keep the setttings from changing?
