I am new member to MJ forum. I have been using MJ for 6 months. My old XP pc broke so I pu a dell windows 7 64 bit. I pluged in my MJ box and it loaded the MJ files it worked great for 4 calls in two days. Then it never worked again. Here's some the solutions I tryed to correct problem before asking for help from forum. Compared all files on HD to Vista pc that worked with MJ and also amount bytes per file.Which matched. Tryed uninstalling device drivers for tigerjet E: F: Then reinstalling drivers two times no change. The drivers are sitting in magicchip in MJ. So when you remove MJ they taken off your pc. I changed windows 7 to compatibility mode to make pc look like Vista and XP no change still did not work. I may have a corrupted file as their our 24 files for MJ on HD. If MJ had given me an uninstall file, I would have uninstalled all software and then reinstalled it again on pc. Does anyone have MJ uninstaller that they tryed that removes all the files without causing a reinstall problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here is the Seq. of calls: Ready to call on screen. Lift handset signing in ready to call Trying or placing call Sessions in progress Active starts counter But you never here the call from distant end even though the counter never stops counting. I even called remote answering system no luck their either. Anyone have an idea what file would cause this problem? Also the same Seq. of events happened on the good pc using MJ but you could here the calls.
