Windows 98se: Any possible way to make it work with MJ?

I've got an old PC running Windows 98se on high speed Internet. It appears that there's no hope for it to run MJ. By some miracle, has anyone discovered a workaround that permits MJ to run on 98se?

Yes, guaranteed solution is to upgrade to XP at least service pack II
