How do you set up a second magic jack on your computer?

Hi Guys,

I recently bought a Magic Jack that stopped working, so when I took it back to Best Buy they said to buy another just in case that was a malfunction. So I bought a second one, and when I plugged it in to my computer it is not setting up. Anyone know what to do?

Were you able to resolve the problems you posted in April and June? They sound similiar to this problem. You never responded to the peolple who tried to help with those problems. Or is this just another attempt to keep your hyper link on the board?
