Unable to renew
It's amazing how little help I get from a company with which I WANT to spend money. I've had my MJ for two years. Now I get a screen that says the service has expired. I go thru the process of signing up again. And I get the screen that says "your order is complete." But it won't turn on the MJ. I tried the chat-service three times and was told my purchase didn't register. But my credit card has been charged! I've tried the chat..I've restarted the computer..next I guess I'll swing a dead chicken over my head while reciting the MJ ad.

Try emailing [email protected] and let them know what's what. A lot of people have gotten help via that email.
I renewed mine for the 3 rd year just a week before they updated their database and the crap hit the fan.
Also if you did pay via CC you can always dispute the charge if they don't fix the problem
