Re: Renewal
You are not looking hard enough because it is there on your my.magicjack.com pagelarrydday wrote:How do you know when it is time to renew? I have not been able to find my renewal date any where.
After you log in there click on the MY Subscriptions tab, then click on the renewal tab. Like I said you were not looking hard enough.
On the previous version of MJ Dialer when it is time to renew you will see a reminder on your softphone telling you so.

Re: Renewal
Joe, do you think it only shows up if your account is close to the expiration date? We bought the "5 year" plan and have 5 years left. When I go to the renewal tab it says; ATTENTION - Your license is scheduled to expire - that's it; no date.bitstopjoe wrote:You are not looking hard enough because it is there on your my.magicjack.com pagelarrydday wrote:How do you know when it is time to renew? Re: Renewal
It might be hard to see. it is on the top on the header of the window that opens after you click on the renewal button. Maybe your color scheme is making it hard to see.Megamixer56 wrote:Joe, do you think it only shows up if your account is close to the expiration date? I just renewed mine for the 2nd time last week and it shows 2011 as my expiration date, so I do not think it matters when it exipres.

Extend Your License - Your license is scheduled for auto-renewal on APRIL 25, 2014
Mine says this...
Basically it's like joe said... Log in to my.majicjack...
-> click my subscription tab
---> click on the Details box under renewal.
You gotta look next to the Red X ... the information your looking for should be on the black box header part of the box.

should look something like that.
