I have new magicjack not yet use it.

I get this massage below:

If you do not receive an email containing your password within 10 minutes, please verify that you correctly entered the email address you provided when you registered your magicJack.

I am sure that my email address it is the same. what should l do??? I have waiting one day for the email and not yet receive.

Well for one there are some people on here who never received their email from MJ. I did get one but this was over 2 years ago.
Have you checked your spam or junk folder for the email??
Can you make and receive calls?
If you are truly worried about it I would contact MJ online chat and see if they say you are registered.

Yes I have checked my spam and junk folder for the email and I did not get anything from MJ regarding Password.

No I can not make call and when I try to call the MJ the voice mail answer
