I've tried everything compiled from this message board and still can't raise the audio output level from my phone so the other person I call can hear me better. The following is a list of things I tried.
1. Switch usb ports
2. Tried MJ on three different computers, (xp pro, xp home, and vista) same results.
3. Tried using different phones, wired and cordless.
4. In MJ Menu raised volume levels hardly makes a difference from one end to the other.
5. Checked levels in control panel can only adjust 25% to 75%
6. Updated drivers for tigerjet usb composite device.
7. Chatted with MJ tech and went through the regedit and reinstall of MJ same results.
8. They also recommend using a powered usb hub. Hmmm, I wonder how many out there are using one of these.
9.Tried connecting to usb without extension cord that came with MJ
10. Tried using a different phone cord.
11. When using a headset through my sound card, it works fine, I can adjust volume up and down. I want to use the phone.
12. Tested voip connection and my cable internet will work fine.
I believe this device is the culprit. Should I try another MJ? This one is still under 30 day warranty.
Person called can barely hear me.

Try this, if your running Vista, go to control panel, select the speaker, handset, levels, and adjust the volume, click ok.
