No problems after two years... I used the phone this morning okay. Now a couple of hours later I get the message on the bottom of my softphone "Not connected, No 911 info available".
I have a great internet cable connection... proved when I bring up my browser however the MJ website won't come up at all and my phone is kaput!
1) I've disconnected and reconnected my MJ device
2) I've rebooted my MJ device
3) I've rebooted my Apple computer
Nothing works! It's a good thing an emergency doesn't exist where I would need the phone to contact outside help.
What's up with this?! Am I the only one in the southeastern Florida area that has no phone?!
After two years my MJ won't boot?!
