Problem Hearing from incoming calls only

New Gen Magic Jack
When I call OUT from my magic jack, I can hear and talk out of my phone fine.
When I RECEIVE a call, I cannot hear out of my phone, but the caller can hear me fine.

This has been like this since I first installed. i am guessing that I have a playback issue or a setting wrong on my computer.
i have tried resetting my router, and disabled the firewall. Any ideas would be must appreciated. Thanks !
