magic jack not working!!!

magic jack not working!!!
every time i open my computer the magic jack loads and give me the one minute of Patience message then it gives me the message in red that no connection or magic jack is not connected but it is connected then to make it work i have to double click the upgrade then it works ... i want a solution for this problem ?? if anyone can help please???
