regarding the "3 busy signals and Disconnect problem".
All of these were the same problem with slight name variations.
And, I'm not alone, as I've also noticed others doing the same.
I request that a suitable sticky addressing the
3 beeps and magicJack blocking calls be created.
If a existing post that addresses this succinctly does
not yet exist, a suitable one can/should be created.
I believe that the benefits of such a sticky might include:
- Saving both the questioners and responders the process of going through the diagnostic and explanation phase.
Give people with the problem an immediate probably diagnosis.
Free up the time currently spent by people who know the answer the time that is now being spent repeating themselves - which can probably be put to better addressing other questions and problems.
Help to create a larger population of users who know the answer and can thus help others or point them back to the sticky.
With the immediate question addressed, efforts could be put towards actually addressing the problem and possible solutions.
