I have tried for several days now to get a response back from MJ Tech Support as to how do I get Call Forwarding to work correctly. Is anyone using Call Forwarding on their MJ successfully. I am in area cod 703, and so far it is a total bust!!! All calls go to MJ voicemail and never get forwarded. I need this feature badly, so if you have any suggestions, I would great appreciate your feedback!
BTW: I do have Call Forward enabled, and I assigned the forwarding number (a GrandCentral number).
Thanks!

I suspect its the use of GC.... I havent tried it myself, and I use GC.
BUT
I posted a issue with GC and MJ a while ago but no one responded.
What I have noticed is that if callers use GC and I am on the phone at home (via MJ) and I get a call waiting tone, when I click over to get the call and press 1 to accept (GC) then it JOINS the callers together and I can talk to BOTH at the same time but they CANT hear each other... kind of a one way three way thing. This doesnt happen if I eliminate GC from the situation.
So what you are experiencing could just be similar wierdness when using GC and MJ. Easy enough to test, you just change your forward to some other number (not GC) and see if it works for you. I would be curious to know....
I emailed DAN and MIKE about the GC/CF issue and completely expected them to ignore me on that one. WHich they did....
