Lost 911 address

Moved MJ to another pc at home, and now my 911 location is gone, cannot re-enter it, get message IE is inactive.

The other night I contacted tech and they had me run a recover process, since then I have no 911 address and when I check add new address nothing happens.

My 911 address is also gone since the MJ upgrade. I suspect it's all part and parcel; they'll get it figured out sooner, or later.
