Up to a few weeks ago, I was able to use an external Voicemail Machine with my ATA (SPA-3102). I was able to do this my entering mu MJ number into the "Cfwd No Ans Dest:", under the User 1 Tab. Now, after four rings, I get a fast busy signal and the caller cannot even leave a message on the MJ VM system. If I remove the MJ number from user the User 1 Tab, the caller will get the MJ VM and the local VM machine would also pick up after the MJ VM.
Does anyone know how we can increase the number of rings when using MJ on a ATA? Did Magic Jack did something on their end to prevent the old method from working?
