Set up seemed to go smoothly...can make and receive calls without any problems...however, voice mail does not pick up at all!

I have tried dialing from the phone connected to magic jack - does not go into voice mail at all

I have tried getting into voice mail from another phone - it rings 4 times, and then disconnects.

Soft phone on computer, does not retrieve either.

I have tried contacting tech support - I have downloaded over 10 fixes that they keep sending me links to - none have worked. They also had me format magic jack and reinstall - that did not work either.

At this point, I have my serious doubts about this working at all.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

This could be a temporary problem MJ server in your area is probably getting some much needed upgrades try again later or even the next day and see if it is resolved by then, you are not alone many people in this forum have posted voicemail outages from time to time. If not fixed please post some specific info. on your pc,network,hardware,software etc. anything you can think of that would help in resolving this issue.
