The setup was simple I used a fresh PC with winxp sp3.
10meg/1meg charter
DEDICATED MJ PC
Dell PIII 733mhz 512ram 10gb hd
set processor to background processes, disabled firewall
tweaked rwin, set full DMZ to this pc, added realvnc for headless operation ...
