Put the call on hold with # key on phone or key on computer.

Ok here is what is happening.

When call goes dead the connection stays active. When I press link to put the call on hold I can hear music starting on my cell phone. When I press link/flash again the music stops as if the call resumes but there is no sound. call is dead but on hold music works

I stumbled onto something tonight and thought I'd share it to see if anyone has had any experience.

Yes I've tried different phones and just headsets. All the same.

Haven't tried another soft phone though.

Yesterday I called my wife repeatedly and it would only go to voice mail. I picked her up and had her phone with me. I walked in the house and my MJ all of a sudden was calling me on her phone about 15 min later.
