error 3 is a firewall trouble how do i keep magicjack and Sunbelt Kerio personal firewall working fine together?

This trouble may of been posted but I plugged the magicJack in the front usb and everything went ok but the error 3 shows up when i call out or it calls columbus number ?Whats What with the error 3?
