I get that problem whenever I reboot the computer. I then have to go to "Advanced Users" and "Restart" Magic Jack. Once I do that everything works fine until the next time I reboot the computer. Then I get the dial tone issue again until I restart MJ once again......

Ok, here is my trouble. Magic Jack works great for a while but then it seems to degrade (Get choppy or person on other end wont hear me) after a while and requires a reboot of the computer. So I now have the computer set to reboot at 3am each day. Well now when it reboots magic Jack will not work ...

Yes, sorry about that. I posted before I fully tested it.... I did find a free program on the net that does work, and I did test. It is called Shutdown Scheduler. Since it is freeware I will post a url for it. I hope that is ok here.

I am wondering the same thing. Mine seems to need the computer restarted every day. If I do not do this the MJ will make a call, but the person on the other end can not hear me. Once I reboot I am good for a while again....... Looking for a solution....
