How to get the My, Weather, Fix buttons to work
Hi all
I recently had problems with the "My" "Weather" and "Fix" buttons not working. After a little trial and error the fix for it was simply to take all instances of Magicjack out of the Firewall and reinstall Magicjack then they were each able to connect to the internet. I hope this helps!

How to unassociate Magicjack from Firefox
After trial and errors I finally got it working! Here are the steps I took and what finally fixed it.
1. I made IE the default browser, uninstalled Magicjack and reinstalled it. No joy. Uninstalled Magicjack.
2. Since Firefoxes newest update, it was sluggish so I went ahead and uninstalled it ...

I would think it would just open with Firefox which is my default browser. I must be really missing important files then since yours works with it. Does anyone know how to get those missing files installed? I already did the live chat thing, and they sent me to updates, but the problem hasn't gone ...
