No Audio on incoming or outgoing calls? - try this

Got to chat with live support today and they resolved my issue. and all i had to do was set my headset and mic volume to 1/3 of the max volume.

Not sure if this is posted anywhere else on the forums but i doubt it will hurt if its posted twice :wink:

i am having the same problem as well. i did the 30 day trial and the thing worked great. now the past 2 weeks its been a POS.

its to the point where i can make one phone call, incomming or outgoing, and thats it until i restart magicjack
